Your licence

Two things you can do here without talking to anybody: have your key sent to you again, and free up a machine you no longer use.

Lost your key

Type the email address you bought with and we will send your key again.

The answer here is the same whether or not that address has a licence. That is on purpose: it means nobody can use this form to find out who our customers are.

Machines using your key

Every licence covers a fixed number of machines. If you have sold a laptop or reinstalled your system, free its seat here and it becomes available again straight away.

From your purchase email. Upper case, lower case and stray spaces all work.

Freeing a seat does not delete anything on that machine. The app there will simply ask for a key again the next time it checks.
